Refund policy

Processing Times

Please allow 1-5 business days to ship. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates.

Returns

We can only accept returns and exchanges for reasons due to our fault (i.e. manufacturer defects, damages during shipment, etc.) on unused items with original plastic packaging within 10 days of delivery.


Once again, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the plastic packaging that it arrived in with a defect or damage due to our fault within 10 days of delivery.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

**If you put in the wrong shipping address, we cannot guarantee that we can switch the address out before your order is shipped. **

Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been scanned as delivered. We advise you to submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee a resolution due to the lost or stolen item being outside of our control. 

Return to Sender

Packages are generally marked as return-to-sender due to the following reasons:

  • There was an issue with the shipping address or postal code
  • The addressee does not live at the shipping address
  • The package was refused by the recipient when a delivery was attempted

If a package is returned to us, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing; you can always email us first if you notice any issues with your tracking and we would be happy to advance our protocol.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us due to the inability of using a tracking number twice. You will be issued a store credit for initial order value without the return shipping fees, given the error was not our fault. Once you have received your store credit, we welcome you to place a new order with us!
